Petrol Union offers apparel, posters, stickers, and accessories inspired by retro automotive culture.
All products are produced in a print-on-demand model, meaning they are made to order only after a purchase is completed.
This affects fulfillment time and the return policy.
§3. Orders
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic email confirmation with order details.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if there are technical issues or product unavailability.
§4. Payments
Available payment methods include:
– Credit and debit cards,
– PayPal,
– Other global payment gateways provided by the store.
All payments must be made in advance. Petrol Union does not offer cash on delivery.
§5. Fulfillment and Shipping
All products are fulfilled and shipped by external production partners (e.g. Printful, Printify), directly to the customer.
As a result:
– Orders may arrive in multiple packages from different locations.
– Fulfillment time usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the product and destination.
– Shipping is available globally, including EU, USA, UK and selected international countries.
§6. Returns & Complaints
All products are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged without cause,
in accordance with consumer law exceptions for customized goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EC).
However, Petrol Union will accept claims in the following cases:
– The product is damaged, misprinted, defective, or not as described
Customers must submit such complaints within 14 days of delivery,
including a description and photographic proof sent to: support@petrolunion.com.If the claim is approved, the customer may receive a free replacement or a refund.
§7. Personal Data & Privacy
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing and shipping orders,
in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

§8. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes become effective once published on the website.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms described herein.
